Foreign nationals living in Canada who wish to visit Iran should apply for one of the following visas at the Embassy of Iran, in Ottawa, either in person, or by registered mail (along with a self-addressed envelope, duly stamped)

Please note that a visa application takes approximately 3-4 weeks to process from date we receive all your documents.

Please do not use the following courier companies, when sending your passport and forms to the Embassy: Purulator, DHL and UPS.

All payments should be made by money order to: The Embassy of the I.R. of Iran

NOTE: Persons not holding a Canadian Passport must provide proof of permanent residency in Canada (copy of landed immigrant card or papers, etc.)
