Zeinab Kobra Foundation

Its activities ranged from holding social work classes, financing procurement of medical goods for hospitals of disabled, and providing dowries for girls without heads of families.

Objectives:

1. Caring for children without families and having them live in families.
2. Facilitating adoption of children in Muslim and committed families.
3. Educational, social and cultural activities. Activities so far:
   1. Returning abandoned children to their original families. Numbering (180 50 far)
   2. Helping childless and other families adopt children. Numbering (400 50 far)
   3. Giving financial aid to families to adopt children

Educational, social and cultural activities:

1. Holding classes and training teachers to attain the foundation’s objectives.
2. Financially assisting needy families without heads of household.
3. Some 300 students use the foundation’s scholarship until the end of their higher education.
4. Giving dowry to 100 girls without fathers.
5. Giving loans and other credit facilities to needy families.
6. Providing 30 million rials to the earth quake -stricken people in the north of the country.
