1.Bis mil'lahir rahman'nir rahim
(I begin ) in the name of Allah,the kind.the merciful

2.Yaa'man arjuhu li'kulli khair
O He,from whom I expect every good

3.wa aa'mana sakatahu Inda kul'li khair
And in whom I look for safety from His anger from every evil(that I do)

4.Yaa'man yu'til-kasira bil kalil
O He who gives much(in return) for a little(in good deeds)

5.Yaa'man yu'ti man sa'ala
O He who gives what is asked

6.Yaa'man yu'ti man'lam yas al'hu
O He who gives even what is not asked for

7.Wa'man lam yaa'rif'hu tahannunan min'hu wa'rahma
Although He (Allah) is not remembered:kindness and mercy is always shown by him

8.Aa'tini bi'mas'alati e'yaka jami'a khairid'duniya wa jami'a kharil'aakhirah
Grant me with Your knowledge.all good in this world and all good in the hereafter

9.was'rif an'ni bi'mas alati e'yaka jamia shar'rid'duniya wa'sharil'akhaera

10.Fa'in'nahu ghairu man'kuusim'ma'ataita
Because surely what you grant never decreases

11.wa'zidni min'fazlika ya'karim
And increase for me (your goodness)from your grace;O Generous

(Than Imam would hold his beard,shake his finger of shahada,weep and say:)

12.ya'zal jalali wal'Iqram, ya'zan'na'ma'i wal'jud
The owner of Majesty & Honour,O The owner of Bounties & bestowal

13.ya'zal man'ni wat'ta'oli har'rim shaybatialan'naar.
O the owner of Blessings & Power,forbid the fire on my 'person'.
