The Secretariat of the High Council of Free Zones.

The Secretariat of the High Council of Free Zones is responsible to supervise the Free Trade Zones and Special Economic Zones.  The Secretariat identifies and reports the problems of the Zones to the High Council of Free Zones.  The Secretariat has the official authority for preparing the discussions of the high council and circulating the bylaws and regulations.
